Naji Rashid- Naji has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 29 years and is the former Owner/ CEO of RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc. Naji Rashid is a speaker, educator, and Owner/Associate Broker of 1st Advantage Real Estate Services, LLC. Naji is Chairman of The Rashid Group, LLC., a real estate team that helps home buyers and sellers buy, sell, design & build. Naji is also the Owner/ President of Necessary Results Coaching, LLC., a coaching and consulting company. Naji is the former Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board Governance Committee for Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore, Inc. Naji is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Country Club of Maryland and was the past Chairman of the Membership Committee.

Sherrie Rashid- Sherrie Rashid, CEO of The Rashid Group, LLC, brings 24 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent and a passion for interior design to her clients. As an interior design enthusiast and creative professional, Sherrie combines her expertise in real estate with her design skills to help homebuyers and sellers not only buy and sell homes but also envision, design, and build their dream spaces. A former Chief Marketing Officer at RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc., Sherrie is now pursuing her degree in Interior Design and has served as President of the Community College of Baltimore County Catonsville (CCBC) Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). She is also a proud member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Sherrie's dedication to blending her design passion with her real estate expertise ensures her clients receive creative and professional guidance every step of the way.

Brandi Rashid- Brandi is pursuing her Real Estate license and is currently assisting the group as the transaction coordinator. Brandi has over 23 years of customer service experience. Brandi has worked for several large companies and has held many positions processing client and patient files. Her extensive file processing knowledge will be a great benefit to the success of our group.

Todd Brown- After a successful military career, Todd earned his real estate license in 2024 and brings a unique blend of leadership and strategic thinking to the industry. With a background in Human Resources and Real Estate investing, Todd leverages his diverse experiences and innovative mindset to assist home buyers and sellers with all facets of their real estate journey.
